According to the structure, the entire VOC online monitoring system can be divided into four parts: flue gas sampling module, pretreatment module, gas analysis module, and data processing and transmission module.
The sampling module is composed of a sampling probe, a gas transmission pipeline, and a blowback system, which is responsible for the gas sampling function;
The pretreatment module is composed of a precision filter, a throttle valve, a sampling pump, a flow meter, etc., and is responsible for pre-processing the sampled gas to meet the measurement and analysis requirements;
The gas analysis module is mainly composed of VOC sensors, signal converters, etc., which convert various parameters of the measured gas into electrical signals and submit them to the data processing module;
The data processing module is composed of PLC, central control computer, etc., responsible for calculating electrical signals into various values, displaying them on the display and transmitting them to the cloud platform of the environmental protection department.
